Captive Portal Troubleshooter

Fix Mac Wi-Fi login pages that will not appear on hotel, airport, campus, airplane, or cruise networks.

Why captive portals break on Mac

Captive portals sit between your Mac and the internet until you accept terms, sign in, or pay. They often identify your device by its MAC address, then combine that with DHCP leases, DNS redirects, cookies, and portal-side session rules.

That is why simply changing browsers does not always work. The fix is usually a sequence: remove blockers, force the portal URL, renew the lease, forget the network, and only then refresh the local network identity if the portal is still remembering your device.

Still stuck on a remembered device limit?

MacSpoof can refresh your Mac's local network identity when a captive portal keeps remembering the same device. Only use it on networks you are allowed to access.
